Pros: - infinite tokens means you have tons of AI flexibility - work life balance WAS good, hoping that it gets back that way - awesome benefits especially if you’re starting a family. Pay is average
Cons: - no growth opportunities - affinity bias to the max - god awful management. My directors are literal narcissists - bad team culture, you’re competing with teammates to get the same position

Cons: Work pressure can sometimes be high during critical releases or production issues. Growth and promotion cycles may feel slow in some teams, and processes can occasionally be dependent on multiple approvals. Career movement is very slow.
