Not much growth
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer

Just meh
3.0Current Employee / Director of Marketing
Pros: Good comp, decent work life balance, unlimited PTO, and generally if you’re smart and want to coast you can do it. If you want to work endlessly you can also easily burnout.
Cons: Shrinking environment, toxic culture, inefficient political approach to everything - in the end people focus more on survival than output

Good WLB, poor management
3.0Current Employee / Machine Learning Engineer
Pros: Good WLB, Decent comp, friendly coworkers, office is no old with free beer and snacks

8. April 29, 2026
Too much internal restructuring
3.0Current Employee / Software Engineer II
Pros: AI forward company Constantly adapting to new tech, which is a con as well because too much tech debt left behind
Cons: Management is not good at India TDC. People have joined and left. WLB is not good. You are expected to be at office by 9 AM and also attend Incident calls at 1 AM
9. April 22, 2026
Excellent applied science roles, but high turnover + reorg frequency.
4.0Current Employee / Applied Scientist
Pros: Hybrid 2 days, smart people, cutting edge ML, good AI adoption that isn’t too superficial, interesting and well-defined business problems. Nice equity pay.
Cons: Frequent layoffs, reorgs, and moderately high turnover. Compensation — especially base — also slightly lower than other spots. Medium-run macro headwinds towards profitability.

4.0Current Employee / Analyst II, Business Support and Analytics
Pros: Work life balance is good unless you’re stuck with a bad manager And
