Alright If Stay Senior
4.0Current Employee / Senior Software Engineer
Pros: Remote work, alright comp, alright wlb. If you're not looking to advance to P5 or switch to management, life is alright.
Cons: Hard to move up if you don't belong to a certain ethnic group -- in the last 4 years under the director, around 15 promotions/external P5/M4 hired, only one person doesn't belong to that ethnic group.

Pros: Comp, offsites, sign on, liquid stock (although not worthwhile these days)
Cons: Middle management, esp those who have been around a while, are not qualified and drag teams down with them
