Work is good but balance with life is bad

Pros: - My manager is good - competent, empathetic and great leader - AI tools availability (both internal tools as well as tools like Cursor, Codex etc) - Pay is really good compared to the market.
Cons: - The dynamics between Dev and DevOps, not so great. - feels like working 24/7 on many weeks, especially true for managers.

Cheap leadership

Pros: Truly best-in-class product offering in both UCaaS & CCaaS at the best price point which makes it very easy to sell.
Cons: Leadership is cheap and keeps taking things away bit by bit. We could do a better job marketing that Zoom does more than just meetings. We’re 6 years post-Covid and people still don’t realize.
